Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, with no need to justify your reason. To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by email to help@4015collective.com.

Return Requirements

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The invoice or proof of purchase must be included.

Products Excluded from Returns

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Customized products or items made to customer specifications.
  • Hygiene items that have had their seal broken.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at help@4015collective.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions for shipping the product back.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will check its condition and process the refund within 14 days of receipt.

Return Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Size or Model Exchanges

If you'd like to request a size or model exchange, please contact us. We'll process the exchange subject to stock availability. Additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
